DELIVERY
We aim to deliver ordered goods within 3 working days, although to give you the best possible price some items may take up to 10 days depending on stock levels.Please check goods are not damaged before signing the delivery note as once this is signed 'good condition', refunds cannot be obtained for damaged in transit goods.
RETURNS
All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless not as ordered or damaged in transit) and must be accompanied with the original invoice.
All returned parts must be unfitted and in original packaging.
Customer is liable for all return postage costs.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of original invoice.
Surcharge items must be returned within 1 month of invoice to be eligible for surcharge refund.
Car Parts Express accept no responsibility for loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience or loss of time.
In exceptional circumstances prices may change due to unforseen supplier increases, but customers will be informed and are not obliged to purchase and a full refund will be offered.
